Remove the membrane filter from the silicone housing and wash the silicone earplug (without the filter) with a mild detergent and lukewarm water.

Yes, all our products are BPA-free.

Do the earplugs come with a cord?
No, our products do not come with a cord. However, a small case is included that can be attached to a keychain.

Does the filter need to be replaced?
The filters themselves do not need to be replaced, provided they are used correctly. The filter only needs to be removed for cleaning.

What material is the carrying case made of?
