Can children under 5 wear hearing protection?
Yes, under adult supervision. Do not wear while sleeping and take regular breaks.
How much do the children's earmuffs reduce noise?
Kiddies: SNR 28 dB to EN 352-1 (H 33 / M 25 / L 18 dB). Voices at normal volume stay audible, background noise fades.
Are the products certified?
Yes. All hearing protection products are tested to EN 352-1 (earmuffs) or EN 352-2 (earplugs) and carry CE marking under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The declarations of conformity are available to download.
How do we clean hearing protection used by several children?
Earmuffs can be passed between children if the cushions are wiped with a damp cloth and left to dry. Do not immerse in water, do not use alcohol-based disinfectants, and replace hard or cracked cushions. For continuous use in groups we recommend one device per child. Earplugs are for personal use only. More: tips for wearing and care.
