Return / Refund
In addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, you have a voluntary 30-day return right from receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. In Germany, register your return via our returns portal to get a label; we deduct €2.99 from your refund for it. Returns from abroad are at your own cost.
Once we receive the return, you will be refunded the full amount within 1-2 days.

Shipping costs within Germany for orders under €25 are €2.90. For orders of €25 or more, shipping within Germany is free. For orders of €50 or more, shipping to Austria is also free.

It depends on the situation. For sleeping: Sleep+ (SNR 22 dB) or Soft+ (SNR 27 dB). For concerts and festivals: Music+ (SNR 18 dB, music stays clear). For babies and toddlers up to 24 months with a head circumference of 38.5 to 49 cm: MINI+ (SNR 24 dB, 112 g, elastic band). For children from 52 to 60 cm head circumference, up to about 16 years: Kiddies (SNR 28 dB, 188 g, adjustable headband). For children who do not like ear muffs: Kids+ ear plugs (SNR 29 dB). Please measure the head circumference before buying; the size guide helps.

SNR stands for Single Number Rating, the mean attenuation of a hearing protector in decibels to EN 352. An SNR of 23 dB lowers the level at the ear by 23 dB in arithmetic terms. The H, M and L values give the attenuation for high, medium and low tones. More on the page What is SNR?
The Work+ ear muffs with SNR 33 dB. No hearing protector achieves complete silence, because sound also reaches the inner ear through the skull bone. For very loud noise, ear muffs and ear plugs are combined; the gain is around 5 dB.
Ear muffs attenuate more (SNR 24 to 33 dB), fit without adjustment and are the choice for children, babies and loud work. Ear plugs (SNR 18 to 29 dB) are discreet, fit under helmets and hats and are the choice for concerts, sleep and everyday life. In detail: Ear muffs or ear plugs?
Yes. The filter lowers the level by 22 dB, it does not switch it off. Snoring at 60 dB becomes around 38 dB; an alarm at 70 to 80 dB remains clearly audible. Comparison: Sleep+ or Soft+?
Yes. A concert is at 100 to 110 dB; with the Music+ (SNR 18 dB), 82 to 92 dB reach the ear in arithmetic terms. The filter lowers all frequencies by a similar amount, so the music sounds clear rather than muffled. For building sites and machines above 100 dB the Work+ (SNR 33 dB) is the right choice. No, the filter does not need to be changed. Our products are characterized by durability and quality.
After wearing, clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, let dry and store in the case. No alcohol-based cleaners. With daily use the plugs last several months; replace them when the silicone becomes hard or cracked. Wipe ear muffs with a damp cloth. Guide: Tips on wearing and care
