Depending on the area of application, specific hearing protection is required. Our products cover a wide range of uses - whether for sleeping, focusing, partying, working, or unwinding. Our Mini+ is suitable for children with a head circumference of up to 52 cm, which corresponds to approximately children up to 12 months.
For children older than 12 months, the SCHALLWERK® Kiddies is more suitable, which fits up to a head circumference of 60 cm.
Despite the age recommendation, we advise measuring your child's head circumference before deciding on the appropriate hearing protection.
Our Work+ provides the most noise attenuation, however, it is physically impossible for every sound to be attenuated by hearing protection to the extent that one hears nothing at all.
SNR stands for Single Number Rating and provides information about the protective effect of hearing protection products. The SNR value is an averaged attenuation value across all relevant frequencies, because sound insulation naturally changes depending on the frequency.
No, the filter does not need to be changed. Our products are characterized by durability and quality.
Only the Soft+ is waterproof, all other products are not. Therefore, they should not come into contact with water, as this could impair their effectiveness.
