Earplugs for Sleeping

Snoring, street noise or the neighbour upstairs: if your nights get disturbed, you need earplugs that do not push out when you lie down and do not press against the pillow. SCHALLWERK offers two models for this.

Sleep+ is the classic sleep earplug with an SNR of 22 dB to EN 352-2:2020. It noticeably reduces noise without blocking everything out.

Dream+ is designed for side sleepers. The plug is small, has a 2-flange design for a secure fit and a compact filter for more comfort when your ear rests on the pillow. Both models are reusable and come with a carrying case.

For travel, for example on a train or plane, there is the Calm+ go sleep aid with 12 sounds, timer and night light. It is meant as a complement to earplugs and is designed for use with babies and adults.

How to find the right plug: if you sleep on your back, Sleep+ is a good choice. If you lie on your side and feel pressure on your ear, try Dream+. Use new plugs for several nights in a row before deciding whether they suit you. Ear canals differ, and getting used to them often takes one or two nights.

Care and hygiene: clean the plugs briefly after each night with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse and let them dry completely. Replace them when the material becomes brittle or discoloured. If you have ear pain, discharge or an inflamed ear canal, do not use earplugs and seek medical advice.
