Shipping is possible to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Spain (except Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas Province, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife Province), Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Shipping costs (including VAT):

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Delivery time within Germany is approximately2-3 business days.

For deliveries within Germany there is aguaranteed same-dayshippingcharges in the amount of 1,99€ per order. The delivery will be sent the same day if the order is received by 2 pm. Same-day shipping on Saturday is excluded.

Delivery to Austria is free of charge if the order value is 50€ or more. Otherwise there is a shipping charge of 9,50€ per order.
The delivery time to Austria is about2-3 working days.

For delivery to other European countries and Switzerland there is a flat rate of 9.50 EUR in shipping charges per order.

For orders outside of Germany, return shipping fees potentially incurred due to undeliverability cannot be refunded.

The cost for returns is 2,99€ per package.
